1. Open Outlook Express and click on Tools and
then Accounts

Click on the Mail tab, click Add and then Mail.

Enter your name and then click Next.
4.
Place a dot in the first selection then enter your email address and click on Next.
5.
Enter your POP3 and SMTP server names shown below then click Next.
6.
Enter your user and password in their respected fields and click Next.
7.
Finally, click finish and then click Close.
8.
Once your Internet Accounts window is closed click on Send/Receive to
check your mail.
