This morning a contractor cut the main phone lines that serve our office and the surrounding area. It is expected that the phones will be down (even though the generic phone company answering service seems to be taking messages) and I cannot send or receive calls, or check messages. Good news is that my internet is still up. So please send messages to support@phonl.com for now. Phone company says outage maybe for more than a full day maybe two.

Phonl Partners with Google to Upgrade Email Service.
We are pleased to announce that we have formed a strategic partnership with Google to host our email services. This is a very exciting change, as it will enable us to provide you with latest email technology through Google's dynamic suite of communication applications.
A series of emails will be sent out soon to keep you up to date on the move to the new email system. We will do most of the work for you. This will not affect your dial up service nor will your email address change. Look for the email to come.

This move will not affect your dial up Internet service at all.

12/19/07:
WHEW! We made it through the shift and while it wasn't perfect it went relatively smoothe for a complete server exchange. So now we settle in for the holidays and prepare for the new year.
Also, We have had plans in the making to switch phonl.com and this Access page to a faster more reliable server. Plans were to get it ready and advise each of you of the pending changes to give you a heads up and let you know that if kinks surface, it's not you. Well as you should expect with computers, our plans got pushed forward due to an unexpected situation on the old server. So we had to do it, and some issues di surface, with the email and the display of this page, but, we feel like we are in better shape today than ever.
We apologize for any inconveniece this short email downtime may have caused and look forward to a new year to come.

We will be moving Phonl and Access to a newer, faster server over this week end and early next week!
If you experience any quirks or glitches be assurred we are working out the kinks as they happen. We expect little interference with your internet experience during this transition. However, if you experience any downtime, email or display issues be advised we are working those issues out as well.
